O QUE TE DEFINE?

Você é aquilo que pensa. Então, seus pensamentos irão definir sua conduta, sua maneira de agir que, de um modo ou de outro, servirá de exemplo.
Mas as pessoas são resistentes a mudanças, afinal mudar significa sair da zona de conforto. "Experiência de vida" dirão. Justificativa de quem resolveu blindar o coração e não permitir ser tocado.
Sentimos que nossa essência é outra, maior e de que estamos longe dela, submetendo-nos muitas vezes à mente coletiva, aos caprichos da sociedade.
" Eu sou assim?" você se pergunta após mais uma atitude que nada tem a ver com aquilo que você espera de si mesmo. "Agi porque sabia ser o certo ou fiz apenas o que achava que as pessoas queriam?"
Então, depois de vários momentos de mal-estar e sofrimento, escancarando cada vez mais a distância para seus objetivos, você para e diz: "CHEGA! PRECISO MUDAR E VOU MUDAR!"
Após esse impulso inicial em que o entusiasmo fala alto e te estimula a buscar (seja o que for), as provas começam a se suceder, testando sua vontade, pegando nos pontos que mais doem.
Esse é o momento da definição: vai em frente com coragem ou recua para a vidinha pacata?
Quando surgir a dúvida, pergunte-se a cada decisão, a cada ato: "Isso me define? Isso mostra quem eu sou?
Seu coração irá responder.
